USEFUL INFORMATION
Tracking: Becoming a registered customer and choosing the appropriate tracked shipping option allows you to track your order online via Royal Mail or Parcel Force tracking numbers. Simply go to your account and log in to view your order status.
Confirmation Emails: Occasionally your order confirmation may find its way into your junk email folder. If you cannot find a confirmation mail and are wondering if your order has been received/processed by us, check your bank account first and whether the money has been taken from your bank account. The parcel is probably on its way to you even if you can’t find the email - if it has not been received after 7 days, let us know by emailing us at hellonikmunro@gmail.com and we will track it for you.
SHIPPING POLICY
UK Shipping
When ordering from us please take into account that you are buying a made-to-order product from a small business in the Scottish Highlands - Royal Mail are usually efficient in collecting mail, however at busy times like Christmas, or in severe winter weather, this service may be disrupted and your order might take a little longer than normal to arrive at your door. We will aim to make you aware of any potential delays at the time of your order.
It usually takes 3 - 5 working days to upload your prints to a professional external printer, who print, pack and dispatch directly from their premises. For cards, teatowels and cushions, we pick and pack personally and your package will be sent on its way via Royal Mail. We endeavour to do this as quickly as possible, but depending on the amount of orders we receive at any one time, this may take up to 2 or 3 days to dispatch.
If you require a custom order or have an enquiry about any products not listed within this website, we will do our best to investigate and produce your desired item. Turnaround times will be discussed in your personal communication.
Cards will be posted using standard, non-tracked Royal Mail First or Second Class post - whichever your preference is from the shipping options.
Proof of postage is recorded at all times.
International Shipping, Import Duties and Tax
We can ship worldwide. Tax is calculated based on your shipping location. Generally envelopes, print tubes and parcels are sent via Royal Mail by default and then the corresponding postal partner in your country. If you have a preferred courier, please get in touch. You will be emailed tracking information for your delivery. We will provide full commercial invoices. Any applicable import duty or customs fees are always the buyers responsibility and may be payable to customs in the destination country. We cannot label parcels as gifts.
Buying from the EU
Following Brexit, the rules EU shipments changed. If shopping from the EU you can select your country and will see prices in EUR exclusive of duties. EU customers are now responsible for any import duty payable on any delivery from us. These charges are out of our hands and if applied to your order will be payable to customs in the destination country. We provide full commercial invoices but are unable to label your parcel as a gift.
Returns & Refund Policy
Once payment has been accepted, the order will be deemed to be a binding contract and to cancel you should immediately follow our returns process below.
Cancellations
At our discretion it may be possible to cancel your order, eg. if it has not yet been picked and packed, or in the case of Fine Art Prints, if it has not yet been uploaded to our external print supplier - once it has been sent to the printer, unfortunately we are unable to cancel the print process. To request a cancellation please contact us {ASAP} at hellonikmunro@gmail.com quoting your order number and we will let you know if it's possible.
Damages
Our cards and prints are packed with utmost care. Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if your order is wrong or faulty in any way, so that we can assess and correct the issue.
Damaged or faulty items will be replaced or refunded in full. Once you have emailed us with your complaint, we will issue you a return shipping label for sending back your items. Your items must be returned along with your name and order number.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us for any returns queries at hellonikmunro@gmail.com
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the return of your faulty order and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method minus the postage costs. Reminder: it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. When returning items to us, we’d recommend you hold on to proof of postage - we cannot take responsibility for any parcels that might get lost in transit.
Exchanges
We do not offer any products through an exchange process.
